Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is centrally located on the main street, with easy access to everything and a convenient free car park at the rear. The rooms were modern, clean, and had an amazing bathroom with a spacious shower/bath and a large mirror. The restaurant offered varied and rich weekday menus at moderate prices with superb service. However, some room jets were not functioning, and more vegetarian options besides the nut loaf would be appreciated.
The hotel is nestled in a prime location on the main street, offering great convenience and a wonderful free car park at the rear. The rooms, though slightly dated, are incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean, and provide a peaceful retreat with all essential amenities. The staff, from Moya to all team members, are exceptionally down to earth, friendly, and efficient, making the stay truly pleasant. The dining experience is delightful, with a good selection to satisfy all tastes.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, although the location right over the front door where people smoked made our clothes smell of smoke. The staff was friendly, very helpful, and superb, making our stay enjoyable. The location was convenient, right in the center of town, making it easy to access various attractions and amenities. The dining experience was impressive, offering a good mix of continental and traditional options.
The hotel offers lovely and comfortable rooms, though it might get too hot due to its proximity to the leisure center. The service was exemplary with kind and lovely staff, especially fantastic for groups. The location stands out as central and convenient, perfect for both business and leisure trips. The dining experience was excellent, featuring a wide variety of options including rare finds like bagels. Overall, a great stay with some minor room temperature issues to consider.
I was thrilled with the hotel's location right across from the most Irish of Irish pubs, making the atmosphere charming and lively. The room was incredibly spacious with the convenience of air conditioning and a heater if needed, although it was quite a trek from the reception area. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, earning them a comment that they are truly an asset to the business.
